Take the Cake starts with the best whole ingredients—no trans fats, no mixes, and no artificial flavorings. This insures that we can deliver the best product. Because Take the Cake is a small bakery, we are able to pay close attention to each and every detail from the tasting to delivery.
Tastings are by appointment only. We will serve a variety of our freshest of the day and also discuss details of your important day. So bring along any important information you think necessary.
There is a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. This deposit can be made in person, by mail or over the phone. A contract will be held awaiting final details. Our cake is priced by the slice according to the number of guests. We start our prices at $3.75 a slice for buttercream and $4.00 for fondant.
We offer a selection of cake shapes – round, rounded, square, hexagonal and oval.
These flavors and fillings can be mixed and matched with no extra charge.
We have no problem being creative. If you come with something that is not on our menu, we will be glad to accommodate you for a minimal charge.
